WFI provides training tracking and certification management services. While we strive to ensure accuracy:
- You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate training records
- WFI is not responsible for the validity or recognition of certifications by third parties
- You must comply with all training requirements set forth by applicable agencies and employers

7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wildcat Fire Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
